Adele Garncarek

I have over 17 years’ experience as a Practice Manager in private practice across psychiatry, psychology, orthopaedics and rheumatology, including running my own successful medical secretarial business.  During this time, I have supported clinicians and medical experts with the organisation, development and day-to-day management of their private practices.  I have also worked within Children’s Services in the NHS, giving me a strong understanding of both private and public healthcare settings.

I began my career at the age of 17 as a receptionist in a GP surgery and have since gained a broad range of experience across multiple sectors.  Prior to joining Atrom Mindcare, I worked as a Home Administration Manager in two private residential units supporting young people aged 11–18.

 

I am very much a people person and am often the first point of contact, whether online or telephone and you can always expect a friendly helpful response.  I am always happy to guide you in the right direction, and you can expect to be treated with empathy, understanding and respect at all times.
