Dr Roger Singh

Consultant Psychiatrist

Dr. Roger Rambaran Singh is a highly experienced Consultant Psychiatrist with over 20 years of expertise spanning inpatient, community, and forensic mental health services. He is on the GMC Specialist Register and an Approved Clinician as outlined under the Secretary of State.

Dr. Singh has served in prominent roles across several NHS Trusts and continues to work as Responsible Clinician within a Community Mental Health Team in Kent & Medway NHS Trust. He has also been a Regional Representative in the Royal College of Psychiatrists.

During his career, he has successfully established adult ADHD services, managed high-risk patient groups, and participated in forensic and rehabilitation psychiatry work, including court and UK Border Agency assessments. 

His commitment to innovation is evident in his adoption of advanced psychotherapeutic techniques such as Brief and Long-Term Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Open Dialogue, CAT and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Dr. Singh also actively contributes to teaching and service development, supervising trainees and participating in clinical governance initiatives. 

Beyond medicine, he is a talented musician, a keen gardener, and a dedicated family man.
