Grace Tyler

Grace is one of our Patient Service Liaison Secretaries, bringing over 13 years of customer service experience across the aviation, private healthcare and NHS sectors.

She works in the Right To Choose Pathway primarily within the Titration Department and is often the first point of contact for patients with questions regarding treatment. She will be here to help support patients through their journey starting medication and then moving to shared care with their GP. In addition to this, Grace provides support to colleagues across other departments at Atrom Mindcare when needed.

Grace understands the importance of delivering a high standard of customer care while maintaining strict confidentiality. She is enthusiastic and excited to be part of the team at Atrom Mindcare.
