My role here at Atrom Mindcare consists of providing efficient and compassionate administrative support across the service.
I assist with referral bookings, titration bookings, and correspondence, as well as supporting the private arm of the company to ensure a smooth and organised patient journey.
With over three years of experience in a GP practice, I developed strong skills in patient communication, organisation, and handling sensitive information with empathy and professionalism. I also hold a degree in Psychology, which complements my passion for mental health and caring for people.
I am committed to ensuring every patient feels heard, supported, and valued at every stage of their care.
