Alex Kühne

Alex is Head of Partnerships at Atrom Mindcare. He brings almost 20 years of experience across digital health, mental health services, NHS partnerships, commercial strategy, and healthcare growth. Throughout his career, he has worked with a number of leading healthcare and health-tech organisations, helping them scale sustainably across NHS, insurer, and private healthcare markets. 

 

As we continue to grow Atrom nationally, Alex’s role will be central to helping us build the commercial and partnership infrastructure needed for the next stage of the company’s development.

 

His focus includes:

 

• Expanding and strengthening our NHS partnerships, including engagement with ICBs, Trusts, and Right to Choose pathways

• Developing deeper relationships with insurers and private healthcare providers

• Supporting the company’s strategic accreditation and governance roadmap to strengthen commissioner confidence

• Building broader commercial partnerships that support sustainable growth and long-term market positioning

• Helping develop a more structured and scalable commercial engine across partnerships, tenders, market access, and strategic growth initiatives

 

A major part of Alex’s role will also involve ensuring that our growth remains aligned with operational quality, patient experience, and clinical excellence — something that is critically important as Atrom continues to scale up. His experience working within complex healthcare systems, particularly across NHS and regulated environments, will be incredibly valuable in helping us navigate this next phase responsibly and strategically. 

 

He will also be working closely with teams across the organisation as we continue expanding our reach, strengthening our partnerships, and positioning Atrom as a leading provider within neurodevelopmental and mental health services.
