Our working hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm and we aim to respond to you within two working days, but often much sooner.

Our clinic is a 10-minute drive from the M11 and a four-minute walk from Epping Underground station, at the northern end of the High Street, on floor 2 within the Civic Building. Paid parking behind the building and nearby at Stonards Hill Play Area. There is a step-free entrance, a quiet waiting room with accessible bathrooms and low-cost coffee and tea making facilities.
