PARTNERSHIPS AND COMMISSIONING
Consultant-led psychiatry, from first appointment to treatment
Atrom Mindcare is a CQC-registered psychiatric clinic in Epping, Essex, providing adult assessment and treatment face to face and online to patients across England.
A Consultant Psychiatrist leads every patient's care, confirms every diagnosis, and remains clinically responsible throughout. That is the model every partnership is built on.

PARTNER ROUTES
Who we work with
Five routes into the same clinical service. The model, the governance and the reporting are identical whichever route a patient arrives through. What differs is the funding arrangement and the contract.
Referring a patient rather than opening a partnership? Use the referral route.

Private medical insurance is subject to the terms of the individual policy and to an agreement with the insurer. Organisation funded covers employers, occupational health providers, universities and charities purchasing directly.

CLINICAL MODEL
Consultant-led throughout
Commissioners, insurers and employers have raised questions about assessment quality in parts of the private ADHD market. Our answer is structural rather than procedural.
01
One consultant owns the case
A named Consultant Psychiatrist takes the first appointment and stays responsible through diagnosis, treatment and review. Care is not handed between staff at each stage, and no assessment is delegated to a non-medical practitioner working to a checklist.
02
Every diagnosis confirmed by a consultant
Diagnosis is made and recorded by a Consultant Psychiatrist on the GMC Specialist Register, with differential diagnosis and co-occurring conditions considered in the same episode rather than referred onward.
03
Titration under the same clinician
Medication is initiated and adjusted by the consultant who made the diagnosis, with physical health monitoring at each review and a written plan for the GP at the point of shared care.
04
Consultant capacity, not a waiting list
Because the consultant carries the case from the start, there is no second queue between assessment and treatment.
GOVERNANCE AND ASSURANCE
Registration, regulation and assurance
The same governance applies to every partner route. Bracketed entries are confirmed details held by the clinic and supplied in full with the capability pack or on request.
