ADULTS • AUTISM
Adult autism assessment
A two-part diagnostic assessment with a Psychologist and a Consultant Psychiatrist, ending in a written report and a support plan. Seen face to face at our Epping clinic or online anywhere in the UK, funded by the NHS through Right to Choose or paid for privately.
MIGHT IT BE AUTISM?
Social communication

Reading between the lines, small talk and group conversation taking conscious effort.
Routine and change

A strong need for predictability, deep focused interests, difficulty with unplanned change.
Sensory experience
Noise, light, texture or crowds felt far more intensely — and masking that leaves you exhausted.
Autism is a lifelong difference, not an illness. Diagnosis looks at a pattern across your whole life. The AQ-10 quiz is a starting point, not a diagnosis.
