Amrish Gupta is Co-Founder and CEO of Atrom Mindcare, where he leads the organisation's strategy, growth, innovation, and operational development. He is passionate about improving access to high-quality mental healthcare and building services that combine clinical excellence, compassionate care, and technology-enabled innovation.

With a career spanning healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, technology, and corporate strategy, Amrish brings extensive experience in business transformation, operational excellence, mergers and acquisitions, and scaling organisations. Prior to founding Atrom Mindcare, he held worked at global organisations including ArcelorMittal, Infosys and GFG Alliance, leading complex transformation programmes, investment initiatives, and growth strategies across international markets.

At Atrom Mindcare, Amrish works closely with clinicians, healthcare partners, and technology providers to develop innovative mental health and neurodevelopmental services. He has been instrumental in expanding access to ADHD, autism, psychiatric, and psychological services, while supporting the adoption of advanced treatments and digital technologies that enhance patient outcomes and experience.

Alongside his role at Atrom Mindcare, Amrish is also the CEO of JM Mental Health, where he continues to support healthcare innovation, organisational growth, and service transformation. He is particularly interested in the responsible application of AI in healthcare, new models of care delivery, and creating sustainable organisations that deliver meaningful impact for patients, families, and communities.
