Dr Jagdev Thukral is a senior psychiatrist with more than 20 years’ NHS experience across general adult and complex mental health services. He has a particular clinical interest in adult neurodevelopmental disorders, including ADHD and autism, especially where presentations overlap with trauma, personality difficulties, mood disorders and other complex comorbidities.

Alongside his clinical work, he has extensive experience in medical education, supervision, appraisal and professional development, including supporting doctors with reflective practice and meaningful PDPs.
His wider expertise includes clinical governance, quality improvement, risk management and the delivery of safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
