Hardip Sing Kalrai
Independent Prescriber and Advanced Clinical Practitioner
Hardip Singh Kalirai is a GPhC-registered Independent Prescriber and Advanced Clinical Practitioner with extensive experience in mental health, medicines optimisation and complex prescribing. His clinical focus in recent years has included shared care and structured medication management for adults with ADHD within primary care settings.
He has completed UK Adult ADHD Network training in both the diagnosis and assessment of ADHD and the pharmacological treatment of adults with ADHD. This specialist training, alongside his MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy, underpins a safe and evidence-based approach to ADHD titration.
Within his Primary Care Network role, Hardip undertakes mental health reviews and manages shared care prescribing for ADHD under locally agreed protocols. He is experienced in initiating and adjusting stimulant and non-stimulant medication, monitoring physical health parameters and reviewing treatment response in a structured way. His work within addiction services has further strengthened his expertise in controlled drug prescribing, risk assessment and holistic patient review.
