Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse and Autism Assessor

Lindiwe is an experienced Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) and Neurodevelopmental Assessment Practitioner, with over a decades worth of experience across NHS, community and digital healthcare services. She supports children, young people and adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex mental health needs.

She is trained in ADOS-2 and ADI-R and delivers comprehensive autism assessments, including developmental interviews, structured observations and detailed clinical reports. Lindiwe works closely with psychologists, psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to support robust multidisciplinary diagnostic decisions.

Lindiwe brings a calm, compassionate and person-centred approach to every assessment. She is skilled in building trusted relationships with neurodiverse individuals and their families, managing clinical and safeguarding risks, and communicating assessment findings clearly and sensitively. Her practice centres on dignity, cultural awareness and helping each person feel heard and understood throughout their assessment journey.''
