Rachael Sowerby

My role as CQC Registered Manager at Atrom Mindcare is to oversee contract delivery, quality assurance, and performance monitoring, while supporting our fully remote team.

My early career began studying Adult Nursing with hands on experiences of working in a variety of clinical settings. I have also been a support worker for an LD charity and these experiences have given me a strong foundation in patient centred care.

I have 15 years’ NHS experience, 11 of which were as a GP Practice Manager.

I have a keen interest in neurodiversity and a passion for delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred services. At Atrom Mindcare, I’m committed to ensuring our care is consistent, safe, and truly supportive for every person we work with.
