Zoe Sewart
Psychological Therapist
Zoe Sewart is an award-winning accredited Psychological Therapist with over 10 years’ experience supporting adults and children across NHS and charitable services in clinical, supervisory, and leadership roles.
She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), offering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to individual’s needs.
Zoe is currently based within a specialist trauma service supporting NHS staff and military veterans experiencing Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Zoe is also ADOS-trained and works as a neurodevelopmental assessor for Autism and ADHD, helping individuals and families gain greater understanding of their strengths and challenges.
As a Clinical Supervisor trained at the University of Manchester and a Lecturer at Edge Hill University, she brings broad expertise to her work while remaining committed to high-quality, holistic care.
